Robots
At the hospital I’m working at this week, on the first floor, they have a quarter mile service corridor where robots go back and forth carrying equipment and supplies from place to place. This happens in far more hospitals then you’d think. I found this out when I told my friends about it and they were stunned to learn that there are robots performing such tasks autonomously. So here’s a little footage I shot with my cell phone of two robots meeting up in a little traffic jam and one going around the other.
Not sure why the sound doesn’t work, but there’s a british woman living in each one of these machines which constantly says, “Caution, Automatic Transport. Caution, Automatic Transport.”
