Even though this comment has absolutely NOTHING to do with the post, I'll leave it simply because proceeds encourage research.

Hey Za'ches, I'm glad you finished just under 7hrs. Whew, that's close. It was lots of fun running with you the last few miles and I'm glad I was able to help. But I still feel bad about soaking that bananna in Vodka overnight. Who knew it would make you sick in less than a mile. I'm really proud of you. If you haven't already seen it, you should see the little movie Matt made of your marathon day.

Hi, Zach -- I picked up your reference to theatre here. For news about Austin theatre of all sorts, a full calendar of events, and production reviews, you can look at my project AustinLiveTheatre.com. It's been underway since mid-2008 and gives you more about the theatre scene than any other source in town, printed or digital. regards, Michael

Yeah, love LEF! It could be either of those things. I'm gonna start out with one and add a new one each week to find the cause and still be healthy. Hoping it's the shock. Or maybe I'm just in perfect health and need no supplements. ;)

Any chance you're alergic to shellfish? The D3 + sea iodine could be causing the runs. I'd also suspect the boron supplement.

Could just be overall shock though. I do super diets and if I've been bad, the shock takes a few days to wear odd.

LEF is the shiznit. I've gotten my hands on some great info and interesting products through there.
